At a glance: Pro and Pro+ include a 14-day trial with a payment method. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. After that, plans renew until canceled.

1. Plans

RouteScout currently offers Free, Pro, and Pro+. Current features, limits, and prices appear on the pricing page and at Stripe Checkout. Monthly plans are billed each month. Annual plans are billed once each year. Taxes may be added where RouteScout is required to collect them.

2. Fourteen-day paid-plan trial

Eligible customers may start a 14-day Pro or Pro+ trial. A valid payment method is required. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per customer, payment method, organization, or household. Unless you cancel before the displayed trial-end time, the trial automatically converts to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout, and Stripe charges the displayed amount.

3. Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same billing interval until canceled. By starting a subscription, you authorize RouteScout and Stripe to charge your saved payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes. We will provide notice of material price changes as required by law.

4. How to cancel

  1. Log in to RouteScout.
  2. Open your account menu and select Subscription.
  3. Select Manage billing to open Stripe's secure customer portal.
  4. Choose the cancellation option and confirm it.

You may also email billing@routescoutpro.com if the portal is unavailable. Include the email address associated with your account, but never email card details or passwords.

5. When cancellation takes effect

Cancel during a trial to prevent the first subscription charge. Cancel after a paid period begins to stop future renewals; unless otherwise shown or required by law, access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. Deleting the app, stopping use, or disconnecting an integration does not cancel billing.

6. Plan changes and failed payments

Upgrade or downgrade timing, credits, and charges will be shown in the Stripe portal before confirmation. If payment fails, we may retry the charge, request another payment method, limit paid features, or move the account to Free. You remain responsible for amounts properly incurred before cancellation.

7. Records and support

Stripe provides receipts and billing records. Keep your cancellation confirmation. If you believe billing continued after a confirmed cancellation, contact us promptly at billing@routescoutpro.com.
